- User/Player: Any natural person who is 18 years or older, registers an account, and participates in games or services provided on stay-casino.games.
- Bet: Any monetary stake placed by a Player on any game or event operated through stay-casino.games.
- Bonus: Promotional incentives (e.g., extra funds, free spins) issued by the Operator under stipulated conditions, subject to dedicated Bonus Terms.

- Consumer Rights: Nothing in this section deprives Users in Australia of any rights or protections under Australian Consumer Law or prevents court proceedings in Australia where such law mandates.
